Monthly Report Forms
These need to be turned by the 10th of
each month, for the previous month..for example the one due on may 10th was for the complete month of april. The next one
will be due on October 10th..for the month of Septembert...but if you haven't turned in other months (march, april, may, or
summer) please do so, even now

Rosters
The roster can also be
found on the I-I district website and it is a paper that needs to be filled out for our records. It gives the contact information
for the board members in your club.
